INTRODUCTORY PACKAGE<\/strong><\/em>
\n This is an important first step and affordable way to get started in Pilates. These classes are designed to provide you with a strong foundation as well as the core benefits of Pilates.<\/em><\/p>\n

PRIVATE<\/strong><\/em>
\n The Private session is a one-on-one experience that is customized for your body. It addresses your specific needs and helps you accelerate your Pilates workout. We recommend Private sessions for beginners, and as a refresher for intermediate\/ advanced.<\/em><\/p>\n

DUET<\/strong><\/em>
\n Grab a partner and come for a Pilates workout. Duet Sessions let you pair up with a partner as you progress in your Pilates knowledge. Great for couples and friends!<\/em><\/p>\n

GROUP<\/strong><\/em>
\n The Group class (5 people max.) is a fun way to enjoy your sessions in a small setting. Bring your positive energy as you experience 55 minutes of guided instruction, moving continuously from one exercise to the next. You will gain strength, flexibility and endurance.<\/em><\/p>\n

ACCOUNT PACKAGE<\/strong><\/em>
\n The Account Package option allows you to enjoy any combination of private, duet and group classes up to the level of your account. You must complete several Private classes before taking Group classes.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div> \n\t<\/div> \n\t

We also offer an Account Package<\/em><\/strong> option, which allows you to enjoy any combination of private, duet and group classes up to the level of your account.
